Radical Presence

Moving with playful compassion

Embodiment practices expand our awareness and ability to navigate with physical experiences, sensations and expressions of the body. My intention with Radical Presence is to build on these practices to unleash our potential to show up in the world and respond to challenges with presence and integrity.

“The church says: The body is a sin. Science says: The body is a machine. Advertising says: The body is a business. The body says: I am a fiesta.” – Eduardo Galeano, Walking Words

Feedback

"After a session with Christa, I feel much freer and happier. I walk out laughing every time. She creates a safe space where old pain is allowed to show up and release. Trying new things at my own pace without being overwhelmed or under pressure. Everything is allowed to be."
"Your workshop Embodiment has shaped my awareness on being present so strongly that I felt the following two weeks as clear and complete as probably never before. Even after a year, the exercises I experienced then help me to arrive at myself & in the now."
